Café
at the Städel Museum

Our self-service café is located adjacent to the museum shop. In addition to coffee and tea specialties, we offer a seasonal selection of sandwiches, salads, cakes, and cookies. With its incomparable view of the Frankfurt skyline and the River Main, the café is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy, not only for museum visitors.

Please note
Due to renovation work, the Café at the Städel Museum will be closed from Tuesday, 22 April to Wednesday, 7 May inclusive and will open on Thursday, 8 May at 2 pm. We kindly ask for your understanding. Our tip: Visit the Holbein’s Café-Restaurant or the neighbouring Liebieghaus Café.
