Feminist art and photography
Annegret Soltau is regarded as a pioneer of feminist art. The retrospective at the Städel Museum offers exciting insights into her timeless and radical work, accompanied by live speakers in the exhibition. Also on view are Rineke Dijkstra’s striking Beach Portraits, which capture human vulnerability, and historical photographs by Carl Friedrich Mylius, documenting Frankfurt’s transformation in the 19th century. The diverse programme includes everything from highlight tours to workshops for children. The Städel Rooftop will be open until 2.00 am.
